Bookmarks

Hi,
I downloaded pdf shell tool and I found it very useful.

What is missing, in my opinion, is the possibility to merge files keeping the original bookmarks and ideally to have the name of the file as top bookmark.

For example: I have 3 PDFs file1.pdf, file2.pdf & file3.pdf all of them having 2 bookmarks bm1 & bm2. What I'd like to have is the "merged" file having a bookmark structure like the following

file1.pdf
|
 ----- bm1
|
 ----- bm2
|
file2.pdf
|
 ----- bm1
|
 ----- bm2

and so on...

I think it could be an interesting new feature.

Interesting idea, already in the TODO list (Keep bookmarks, option), but now that you mention it I'm going to displace it a little more to the top of the list.

If possible, please, send me a sample of these PDFs, attached to an email message, so I can use it as test sample in the development process.
