Interesting! In the pass I remember receive two reports with captions not 90º rotated, but in your case I can't see any text.
Try disable use of themes by PDFE, renaming the
PDFExplorer.exe.manifest file to something else.
I don't have that combination of software/hardware to test, so I really haven't a clue for what to check...
