Trial Period Has Ended message on licensed install

Using 2.4.1.0, the tooltip shown on the desktop while mousing over a PDF file shows "The Trial Period has ended. (more text about purchasing...)" This is a licensed install.

Please advise how to remove message.

Please use the email support for this. You can get the support email address from the manager "about" tab.
