Workflow update request re-cap

I'm listing all the proposed changes we have discussed lately for the convenience of other forum users and future reference.

Additional entries for keyboard shortcuts:
select/deselect highlighted entries
lock/unlock highlighted entries
activate "Remove selected files from grid"
activate "Copy checked files from grid to grid" (while in ScanGrid, and different while in WorkGrid?)
remapping of F2 - focus on "PDF Info" "ScanGrid" Layout last selected entry; If the Focus is already on "PDF Info" tab - hitting F2 enters the File Name Renaming Mode
remapping of F3 - enters into "PDF View" mode. By pressing Ctrl+F3 you get into "Iamges" mode
remapping of F4 - sets focus on "InfoEdit" subtab's first Info Field entry AND enter's into Editing. Then by pressing Ctrl+F4 you could get into "PDF View" "InfoEdit"
remapping of F5 - refreshes "DiskTee"

Additional Script Keywords:
indicate the presence of notes in a document: [HasNotes]
indicate the presence of comments in a document: [HasComments]

New features:
the ability to "pin" ("underline") DB entry field title in the "InfoEdit" so that it would become the "first" which gets focus for editing
an additional icon (besides the icons for "Launch the PDFrizator"/"Open/Close InGridPreview") to show\hide "DiskTree" tool
an additional icon (besides the icons for "Extract Document Images"/"Quick View"/"Quick Info Fields Edit") to show\hide "Quick Info Fields Edit" tool ("File"/"Edit History" tabs)
an additional icon to manually Sync grids (right after the "Copy checked files from grid to grid" button)
the user will be able to define what other file types (*.djv, *.djvu, *.epub, etc) to index from the preferences dialog!

You may do this already by right clicking (it may need two clicks the first time) the button in the splitter that separates the InfoEdit and the scan modes tools areas, so no need for another specific button.

Or another splitter that show/hide this quick info edit tools area. I have to test and see what goes best.

This can also be accomplished with the copy checked files button, i.e. if the file is already present in the other grid, update its metadata if different.

The new splitter might interfere with the DiskTree splitter. Perhaps, it might be enough to reuse the existing "Quick info fields edit button".

Good point - the existing button is enough. Though, it would be nice to get data entry fonts in italic (or some other color) for entries shared between the Grids, as well.
