Listing attachments

Hi,
I would like to get a list of all files included as attachments for all selected grid entries in IO log:
Filename1 \n Attachment1, Attachment2, ...;  Filename2 \n Attachment1, Attachment2, ...;
What is the easiest/fastest way to do that?
