PDFE does not find some pdf files, why??

I have a directory with a lot of pdf. They are all scientific papers, but the program does not see some of them. Also if the files are in the same sub-directory, there are some that are recognized and others that are not. Why? The files are not corrupted and I can't see the difference between one and another... what can I do?

If you are using the trial version, the problem probably reside in the fact that you are trying to index files with file system creation/modification date newest than your current system date.
If this is not the case send me one of these files so I can check it and fix the problem
