Getting a file not found error

I am trying to batch edit a group of documents. The tool is scanning and returning the files in the grid, but when I go to update it indicates file not found. Same thing when I go to view the file. Says file not found.

Is the file path of the file selected in the grid,
shown bellow the InfoEdit tool
, correct? Are these PDFs local files or network shared files?
Please attach some screenshots (you need to register as a user in the forum), so I can better understand the problem.

FYI I moved these files to an external drive and was able to resolve. Not sure why the issue arose but have a workaround
